Vendors

Vendors should enter Silas Bronson Library Park at 267 Grand St and turn towards the right in the parking lot.

Your name or the name of your business or organization will be checked off our vendor list by security at the gate marked SOUFEST 

Proceed to The UnGroup Society information table to get an official vendor badge and be directed to designated vendor areas.

Commercial food vendors will have specified areas to setup and will be directed as such. Commercial food vendors are responsible for passing health department inspection and having appropriate documentation per The City of Waterbury Health Dept There will be no refunds for failure to do so (See vendor application hold harmless agreement)

ALL Vendors will be required to drop your equipment or items and then move your vehicle back the parking area on the far side of the lot (City Hall side)

If you have not paid the vendor fee (where applicable) you will be required to do so at the UnGroup table or you will not be admitted 

NO ONE WHO LEAVES AND RETURNS IN A VEHICLE WILL BE RE-ADMITTED WITHOUT AN APPROPRIATELY ISSUED BADGE 

Setup is from 8:00 am to 11:00 am. Meaning you must be offloaded and your vehicle removed by 11:00 am.
